David is the Chief Travel Pharmacist for VoyageVax, as well as the Manager for Patient Care, Clinical Services, and Pharmacy Operations for the Wellness Pharmacy Group. He obtained his Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy degree from the University of British Columbia. Where he served as the secretary of Rho Chi, Pharmacy’s Academic Honor’s Society, while also working part-time and raising a newborn son. His 4th year preceptor, one of the first pharmacists in BC to earn a Certificate in Travel Health, inspired David to pursue travel medicine as a specialty. David followed his passions and earned his own Certificate in Travel Health in 2019. In addition to travel, David is also educated in renal and transplant medicine, and oversees the care of hundreds of renal and transplant patients. A lifelong academic, he also has a Master of Science degree in Chemistry from the University of Saskatchewan. David is excited to offer his travel medicine expertise at our travel vaccination clinic to help ensure a safe and healthy trip for you and your family.
